Musicians traveling for The South By Southwest Music Festival stood in Solidarity with Local Musicians at a Rally
for Fair Pay At SXSW organized by UMAW (Union of Musicians and Allied Workers), an advocacy group, and The
Austin Federation Of Musicians, AFM Local 433 on Thursday, March 16th. Speakers included AFM Local 433
President, Aaron Lack, City of Austin District 9 Council Member Zohaib "Zo" Qadri, UMAW organizer Joey La Neve

DeFrancesco, Blvck Hippie bandleader Josh Shaw, and others.
